My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health and mental health in general.

Having been so greatly affected by mental health throughout my life I thought it was right to raise awareness for such an important cause. I am running the Palma half Marathon this October and will be running 200km for the month of November to raise funds and awareness so any donations would be greatly appreciated and will hopefully help those in need.

Please don’t be afraid to reach out and talk to someone! It’s super important to not let things cloud your mind, you are not alone!

Anyone who would like to join me on runs before the half marathon is more than welcome, just give me a shout!

I’m posting my runs everyday on Strava and will be doing so until the end of November until I hit my 200km. Will still continue posting on there after but it’s where you can find me.
