La Salud del Hombre

My journey with Movember began after a close friend took his own life during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. I felt lost and buried myself in work, gaining 35 kilos in the process. It was a dark time, but therapy and the support from Movember helped me find my way. Movember gave me the courage to share my pain and realize that together, we can make a difference in men’s mental health.

Movember is the leading charity dedicated to changing the face of men’s health. This Movember, I am joining their mission. Together, we can make a significant impact on men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me ensure that no man dies too young.
