My motivation

This Movember, I’m running the length of Malta to raise money and awareness for men’s mental health.

Running that far will hurt, but it’s a different kind of suffering from the real pain and stress so many men carry silently every day. I can choose to stop running; not everyone finds it so easy to escape what they’re going through.

If this challenge can help start a conversation, remind someone they’re not alone, or encourage a man to speak up, every kilometre will be worth it.

Let’s change the way we speak about men’s mental health. See you in Malta.
