My motivation

As many of you know, for some years now I´ve been growing a very ugly mustache during november, and this time, with the increase in virtual/video working culture, Im in mustache-broadcast mode. Anyway, as you can imagine, the reason for this painful exercise is not for fun but rather to raise funds and create awareness around male cancer and mental health.

I think, its safe to say that we have all been exposed in some shape or form to cancer or suicide cases, through friends, family, coworkers or even in first person. This is what motivated me in the first place (a very close friend who lost the cancer battle 9 years ago) and continues to do so. Also, this year in particular all statistics are showing an increase in mental health issues so awareness on this “taboo” topic is also key to prevent it.

This year im happy to continue to participate with other colleagues from T-Systems in an international team and hence I invite you to make a donation via the Movember platform to our Magenta Movember team. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
