Moustache to be shaved in a few hours! Thanks Aodhan, Eleni, Keith, Alex, and supporters who chose to stay anonymous for the last donations that helped me reach 335 euros this year!

Today's video (and especially the words I wrote) was all about me. It doesn't mean that what I call "the point" has to be the point for you :) But it's something that helped me and hopefully it can help others - this idea that I control neither my past nor my future. And that I don't have to control the present either. I just have to BE the present. Do my best. Give my all. Not ask for anything in return. Just feel the fulfillment that comes in return. Because I was myself and I was of service.

Unfortunately, mental health has come to be a taboo subject, especially among men, and this leads to men of all ages suffering alone and giving up on their lives.
