My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

This is a cause and charity very close to my heart, after losing my beloved brother in law Miguel Pascual Moya at just 62 a month ago and one of my very best friends Liam Bergin three and a half years ago aged just 52.
Both were amazing men, really inspirational and fighters to the end in their battles against aggressive brain tumours.
