Today's video (and especially the words I wrote) was all about me. It doesn't mean that what I call "the point" has to be the point for you :) But it's something that helped me and hopefully it can help others - this idea that I control neither my past nor my future. And that I don't have to control the present either. I just have to BE the present. Do my best. Give my all. Not ask for anything in return. Just feel the fulfillment that comes in return. Because I was myself and I was of service.

Unfortunately, mental health has come to be a taboo subject, especially among men, and this leads to men of all ages suffering alone and giving up on their lives.
